"A Problem Page For All!"

Well, Mom's not completely Californian. None of her family had lived there before. She was born in Alberta, Canada, moved to Palo Alto when she was four, and moved away again when she was eight (to Washington state). But we went and looked at her house there and everything, and walked around Stanford. It's the most beautiful campus, open-air walkways all around, palm trees everywhere.

My family is based in the Midwest. Neigther Mom nor Dad grew up in the Midwest, but all our relations are here, mostly in Michigan.
