Dude, so you know about glycemic indexes, too! Do you have the list of high GI foods and low GI foods and stuff? I'm really interested in it...it makes me even more protective about my body! I don't want my pancreas constantly releasing tons of insulin from eating white foods, sugar, and yucky starches, shooting my blood sugar way up! Ick.
