"A Problem Page For All!"

Sorry for my absense all. Have been busy as hell with classes (when I can be bothered to go) and having Peter here has kept me tied up. Literally. Sarah bought me a pair of pink fluffy handcuffs, so we've been having fun. :)

Guess what?! I got a tattoo. (Don't frown) It's a fairy on a leaf wearing ballet shoes. It's adapted from one i found at fairyshop.com but I got mine in black and the wings are different and the leaf and shading are changed and I took out some of the detail and the tattooist ad-libbed a little too, so it's beautiful! I've had it done horizontally across the middle of my back. (like where it arches naturally)

It hurt like a mofo and I almost threw up at first and then I realized that was because I'd been holding my breath for ages and felt all dizzified. (silly me) After a while I got used to the pain and the shading really didn't hurt that much at all. It was the oputline that killed coz it felt like the needle was dragging deep into my skin, slow and hard and I kept swearing and then appologising for my bad language! Peter came with me (he already has 2 tattoos: a tribal cletic thing on one arm and a chinese dragon on the other.)

Ilona, you've got tattoos haven't you? What are they again? I think I remember you saying you had a chinese symbol? Or am I making that up???!!! lol. Did your's hurt? How big are they? Mine's about 4 inches either way i think. I'm hoping I can send you all a pic at some point. It's heal.ing up really well. It hasn't even been a week and it's not hurting and the scabby bit is fine, so i'm really pleased. Would you like to have anopther one done? I'd like another fairy of some sort done on my hip, but I think I'll wait until the pain of this one has been erased from my memory! Next on my list of things to do is get my Tragus peirced and another hole in each lobe too. My mate Sarah got her nose pierced yesterday and it looks so pretty!

How is everyone? How were people's Valentine's Days? Me and Pete and the rest of our dorm caught the train to Chester (back in England) and went on a shopping spree. I blew nearly $300 on myself!!!!!! I'm broke now which sucks... I got some cool clothes though so it's all good! In the evening we had an Indian meal and I fell asleep, which annoyed Peter. (naturally)

Peter left thismorning, so I'm all lonesome at the moment. And i have to tidy my room and vacuum and everything ready for when Cole and Leah get here on friday. And I have to revise for my Brain and Beahviour midterm on monday and my other exam on thursday and then for the ones the following week. Argh!!!!!! I haven't even done a full day's worth of classes yet because we get bored and walk out half way through. I'm such a rebel. (NOT)

Anhyway, I'm gonna go now because I have to research for my p[roject proposal. I'm doing a study into smoking and risk taking behaviour... what fun! (ie I have to look at the connections between people who smoke and weather they're more likely to take part in risk taking behaviours such as drugs, alcohol, general stupidity and risking their health etc.) I can't believe I chose this project... It's supposed to be fun, but I have a feeling it won't be! Oh well.
