You're absolutely right... I've considered that before, too. I know very few members that actually take the time to reward members for their specific reviews via the review page--most just send GPs through an eMail because it's quicker and more convenient. It would be great if we had a feature like that! (but would it still work for private reviews, as well as public? that's something to consider)
