"Go for the carrots!" Hehe! That could become my motto for this year's birthday. Or it could be like a campaign slogan for the carrot cake to beat the other nominees.

Ah, see, you just wrote all about fasting but I asked about it in another post which I wrote before I read this one...

Wow. So you fast. That's really, really interesting! I'm fascinated by fasting. I'm just too concerned about my body metablism and blood sugar levels to fast. Plus, your body eats muscle before it eats fat and I don't want to lose any of my hard-earned muscles!

On a 4-day or 10-day fast, do you eat anything at all? I mean -- do you consume any calories? I guess you drink lots and lots of water, right? Some people drink lemonade while fasting.

What are the fasts for that you and Cherie are doing? Like, cleansing toxins?

Hey, I always need 10 hours of sleep, and my body is extremely precise about it. If I fall asleep at 12:19 at night, I wake up at 10:19 in the morning. Rachel needs a lot of sleep, doesn't she? Like 11 hours?

You think you have mono? Hahaha! Now why do I find that funny? Sorry, it just made me laugh...I laugh at the most sudden things that you write sometimes! I heard that you can only get mono from kissing people -- that's why old timers call it the kissing disease -- but I can't think of anyone you might have been smooching. Hehe. (I refuse to let a certain name starting with 'R' slip out!)
