Howdy y'all, 25 years ago, I vowed I wouldn't ever live in MI again. That year, the snow wasn't bad, but the wind chill factor was 60 below zero a bunch. (Jackson, MI). The summer found us wearing jackets on July 4th. So I came back in October. Bad timing for someone who lived in FL and TX for 25 years. But I did get to see Autumn for the first time in all those years. That's certainly what I missed most. And shortly after I arrived - then I was in northern MI - the first snowfall (blizzard!!) arrived. I ended up in the Midland area. With no car, so I still haven't learned how to drive in the white stuff. Anyone out there live nearby...who might give an old lady lessons next winter? Someday I'll be moving back to warm weather. But I imagine I'll be spending a few years here. (My parents and both sisters and their families are nearby...) Blessings, Kenzie
