How would you make Paxton/Urbain different from Harmony/Taunie?

As I'm working on the manga section of my story, I'd prefer not to go back and forth between catching up and doing what's new. As such, this is here for anyone who thinks they have any good idea. Might even give GP if I like it.

As the characters have the exact same background and personality, how do you think they'd be different if all four of them made it into Pokémon Masters?

1.   As Paxton and Harmony are the protagonists, they're pretty much blank slates. So, what kind of personalities would you give them?
     
2.   Do you prefer Urbain or Taunie to have the already established character, and what personality/backstory would you give the other?
