It doesn't take long for your sharpened intellect to conclude that you have been reduced in size. You are now driving a bloody matchbox car.
You hurridly pull in to the side to get out of the line of fire, so to speak. You would hate to be crushed underneath a tyre; such a demeaning way to die for someone of your long career.
So, you have two choices, since the road runs in two directions. Either you carry on ahead, hoping to conclude the mission regardless of circumstances, or you turn around and head for home, looking for a cure.
They'll understand.
Of course, there's also the third option: to get out of the road entirely and wait around for a passer-by, and attempt to enlist their aid.
