A small rumble escaped her stomach, "Great, just what I need right now..." Tsunade grumbled to herself
To her surprise, her body began to swell uncontrollably once more. Her large stomach breaking free from her robe, her massive rump fattening at incredible speeds, her lithe face gaining an additional two chins and huge cheeks! She was so overcome by her newly-reacquired weight that she fell to the ground, her gigantic asscheeks cushioning her fall, yet failing to stop the waves that were sent travelling through her immense bulk
Her brown eyes travelled down to her body once more. "A-am I bigger than way back then?" she questioned to no one inparticular, her gut grumbled in response...
Footsteps were heard outside her office, "Tsunade-Sama!" Shizune's chipper voice could be heard on the other side of the thick door. Tsunade grew nervous, no one could EVER see her like this!!
But since she was planted flat on her behind and weighted down by her overall girth, there wasn't much of anything she could do about it. Even with titanic strength, it would take time to circulate enough chakra throughout her quivering mass of fat, and by the time it was compete, Shizune would already be in the office
The black haired medical ninja let herself in, "I've got tho-
She stopped, seeing the sannin fattened to such ridiculous proportions sitting down on her fat ass and only barely covered by her now too-small robe
"Tsu-Tsunade-Sama?!", a deep blush flowed over Shizune's paled face
Tsunade turned away, "... Yeah..."

After Shizune helped her obese master up off of the floor and back into her desk, Tsunade explained her tragic story
"So... YOU'RE the legendary stomach?!" Shizune concluded at the end of the massive blonde's story
"Wait... I'm... people still remember me?" Tsunade turned even redder. She was definately NOT proud of those days
"Of course!" Shizune fawned, "You're FAMOUS in all-you-can-eat buffets! I've seen the Stomach's picture on the walls occasionally, and I always thought something looked familiar about her, but-
"Wait, what were YOU doing at all-you-can-eat buffets?"
Shizune turned a deeper crimson, "O-Oh nevermind that!!" she quickly changed the subject, "S-So how can ou reverse the j-jutsu Tsunade-Sama?"
The Godamine pointed to the scroll, still rolled up on the floor. "The scroll's missing it's remedies, I remember that you have to eat some weird herbal medicine and perform the jutsu to shift around your... erm..." Tsunade looked down, embarrassed at her obesity
Shizune, sensing Tsunade's distress, stood up from her seated position, "Hey, come on now Tsunade-Sama!" she did her best to cheer the large woman up, "Tell you what, why don't we go get a bite to eat?"
Tsunade shot her an angry glare
Shizune's red complexion found a third shade of scarlett to descend into, "W-well, I just figured... you know..."
Before Tsunade could lift her bulked frame up to physically punish her assitant, her massive gut grumbled so loud that Shizune was frightened by it
"...Fine, we can fix me later." Tsunade did her best to stand up, and after failing (and recruiting Shizune's help) the two women headed out to the more obscure regions of town, in hopes of satistfying the Legendary Stomach's reborn gluttonous streak.....
