Meeting the size change gun salesman

It was a friday night at P3. The place was filled with people. So Piper was too alarmed when I man walked up to her and asked.
"Are you the manager of this place?"
"I'm the owner of P3." Piper replied.
"Excellent. My name is Phil Large. Salesman for Steve's Growth and Shrink rays."
"Say what?"
"I sell size change tech. Today for example I'm offering size change guns for a thousand dollars each.
"Is this some sort of joke?" Piper asked.
"It's no joke. Let me demostrate." Phil then pulled out a gun. Before anyone could react, he aimed at Piper and fired.
Piper expected to shrink. But to her surprise she began to grow.
