Up Talim's foot

You've now started your journey up to the ear of the relaxing goddess. You work your way up the thick rubber walls of Talim's sandle and finally pull yourself up next to Talim's big toe. At your size now Talim's toe is about as large as a semi truck! Just then you got another idea. Maybe Talim is ticklish? If you could get her to notice you by tickling a part of her foot then it would make things a little easier for you rather than climbing up her entire body. What do you do?
