When Shelley comes into the room, katie points down to the three tiny figures on the ground. "They're dad, Christy, and Ray. What should we do mommy?"
Shelley looked down and saw the three figures and believed Katie. Then she asked the foolish question, "How did they shrink?"
Katie responded, "I pushed this button the thingey over here," and demonstrated; in less than a second, Shelley was half an inch as well.
Katie, again realizing her mistake, went over to the spot on the floor where the four ant-sized people were. All of them yelled at her for help. Using one hand, Katie scooped them all up. Seeing the entire family in her palm caused her to cry, making puddles fall on the four people.
"Katie! Stop crying and get us back to normal size!" Christy yelled.
Sure enough, Katie stopped crying, and said "Okay, I will." Then, suddenly, a smile came upon her face. Seeing the entire family in her palm made her feel superior; she could have a lot of fun with them.
"Katie! What are you waiting for?" Derek and Shelley yelled at her.
