Looking at the tall door you realize quite quickly that you aren't going to be able to get inside the lab yourself, as the door is sealed shut, with the airlock in place so as to keep the environment inside clean of all unauthorized organisms, which meanly included bugs and rodents. Not that the school had that many of either, but just to be on the safe side. Before you'd found the airtight door a minor annoyance, but at one inch tall it is a barrier you simply cannot open by yourself, meaning you need some big help.

Oddly you find the distance to the door disproportionate to the time it takes you to get to it, as you are now less than a fiftieth of you original size, meaning the journey should have taken several minutes compared to the few seconds it usually took you, but you find yourself at the end of the hall only moments after you set out, looking back over the distance you had to have traversed you come to the conclusion that in proportion you are walking about thirty-two times as swiftly as you did before, a fact you have to remember to tell the professor when you get in contact with him.
Of course now at the end of the hall you are faced with two very unappealing options, as the hall splits into a T-intersection, with one branch leading out of sight around a turn, but you know it leads straight to the co-ed dorms where you stay. The other branch is much more straightforward as you can see the door from where you stand, and you note that though it is the same as the lab door, this one is slightly ajar, allowing you access to the break room beyond it. Thinking about the options you weigh the pros and cons of your situation and at last decide to head for...
