Eternal Youth

Alison didn't necessarily want to become a little girl again, she just wanted to stay young forever. Thus when she closed her eyes, she wished to the star, with all her hear, that she could remain the age of 10 forever; to forever be a child, thereby escaping the horrors of growing up, and being able to forever laugh and play.

As she made this wish, Alison felt some kind of aura surround her body. She opened her eyes and saw her body covered in a warm, light blue glow. She could help but smile as this aura covered her body.
Eventually the aura faded and Alison drifted into sleep.
