The bottle dropped out of your mouth. You looked at yourself and realized you were chubbier than you remembered. Not by a whole lot, but noticeable. It wasn't long either, before your arms inexplicably gave out, causing you to plummet completely onto the ground.

You have the following choices:

1. You uncontrollably pee in your diaper
