The computer flashes some warnings about not changing reality settings unless you are an expert, even making you sign an additional user agreement. Then you get the 'advanced' screen.
It's a long list with hundreds of parameters, but instead of being spelled out in neat choices, you have individual items and the values assigned to them. A little search tool is preset to look for reality parameters that change physical aging of women. Quickly you discover you can use that tool to look for lots of other things. You find 'average human female dimensions', and then discover it has subfields for regions, for countries, for ethnic groups, and that both inside each of these subfields and at the top level for all females all kinds of parameters are selectable. You drill down specifically to USA and try a few things. Pretty soon you've upped the average cup size across the nation by one letter and decreased the average waist size by several inches. You go back to the search tool itself and look for other things. In a couple minutes, all female body hair has vanished forever.
Then you stop and find you're a little astonished that you can just make these sweeping changes without a thought. Did nearly three billion women on the planet just notice their pussies going bald, or are you the only one who still remembers there was ever such a thing as cunt hair?
You play around with the search thing more, start discovering some frightening possibilities you don't even try to play with. Percentage of men or women in the population being raised for food? Male-female ratio of population. Average number of sexual partners... you consider raising that one, then stop. Looking around, you confirm you were about to change the average at any given time. You find average sexual partners per year, per lifetime, before adulthood, after adulthood... That would be fun, but it could get a little dicey. Having two daughters, you could end up supporting a bunch of out-of-wedlock brats if you aren't careful.
You do discover a way to make 'voluntary slavery' legal as an alternative to marriage. In less than a minute, twenty years of marriages vanishes, replaced by twenty years of ownership, beginning in the ceremony when Stacey officially renounced her freedown in return for the money you paid her father.
Finally you decide to go back to the parameters that can change female aging. You could simply change it so that women don't age so fast, but something else catches your eye. Anti-aging medical treatments... you can make it where aging can be virtually stopped at twenty for a price. If the price is high enough, most people won't change much. After figuring out how to triple your salary so you can afford it for your family, you put this one into effect.
You feel a strange shifting, then realize from your reflection that you have shed twenty years of aging. You exit the advanced tool and find the image of your wife is now one of a twenty-year-old as well. Her tits have grown and her waist has slimmed as well.
