Tiffa began playing around with the physical modes first, trying some dumb things like giving her a navel piercing and blond hair, then leaned back, pursed her lips, and decided she needed to do this carefully. Only, she wasn't really figuring anything out.
"Fuck it," she said, and switched over to her own stats. Her intelligence stats, specifically. She frowned at them, because she wasn't sure how they worked together to add up to 'smart'. They said things like spatial thinking, graphical memory, number retention, technical thinking and creativity. Then she spotted 'general IQ', shrugged and tried to raise it to see if it helped her figure things out.
Instead the program started asking which other stat to raise to increase the IQ number. It worked, but with all the question asking, it was really slow. Then she realized the IQ was the result of all the other stats instead of a thing itself. She pushed every stat up a bunch, then looks at the IQ and giggles. It now says "off-scale." Too high to measure.
Right away, she knew she needed to adjust some other stuff about her brain. She looked at the "Sexual Personality" section and saw that she was a borderline dom, which was fine, and bisexual, which she had sort of already known, but she was surprised to learn she leaned a lot to the lesbian side. Was that why she was more interested in messing with her female relatives and this girl?
She didn't want to be any less interested in girls, but she wanted to be a little more attracted to guys. She'd lost more than one boyfriend who though she was 'cold' or other words to that effect. She noticed some other factors, like sex drive and sexual endurance. She pushed those up a lot and suddenly started thinking about having sex with her prisoner. In fact, she was almost unable to stop herself from jumping Michelle right then.
Then she formed a hypothesis that she could test right away. She moved her orientation to exactly half-straight half-gay, and the need to jump Michelle faded down to a normal temptation that she could deal with.

With a giggle, she tried 'Porn Actress' and found it cut down the times to about five minutes between and a little longer until the first one, with the strength as simply "Max" and the number of orgasms at five.
Out of curiosity, she started increasing the orgasm number, and discovered that after nine it went to "unlimited".

Then she considered her options physically, and decided to pull up the command window again instead of trying to dink around with all the stats. She typed "Change my appearance to 'Elegant, attractive chestnut-haired, blue-eyed, with a BMI of 20."
It worked perfectly. She could see a gorgeous, slender woman in the mirror looking back at her. But maybe too slender. She didn't want outlandish melons like her sister, but...
She typed into the command window, "Change my figure to be attractive to the greatest number of straight American men and gay American women."
The computer seemed to hesitate; apparently it was a pretty complicated calculation. Then she felt her bust and thighs increasing in size.
Intellectually, she was disappointed to discover that her request had resulted in a pair of E-cups on her chest, but then she shrugs. She muttered, "That's what they're for, I guess."
Then she switched back to Michelle and typed, "Turn her into a bimbo bitch."
She got back the message, "Applying known presets for 'bimbo'."
The girl turned into the very image of the word. But the computer noted that 'bitch' was poorly defined and she needed to be more specific.
Looking at Michelle, who now looked a little less intelligent, she stated, "Well, Michelle..."
