The author of the previous chapter decided to ignore the creator's instructions and randomly reduce Tiffa to barely puberty with neither explanation nor apology.

So, I am just ignoring the bits in the prior chapter that conflict with Tiffa’s character description. I will write her as an 18 year old. I will leave her as poorly informed as seen in the prior chapter; some eighteen year olds really are that clueless. But she’s 18.
She wanted to give herself a test drive now, so she wriggled out of her panties.
