You glance upon the screen to see if there's somehow you can alter the subject's memory as they change in reality. After a quick inspection, you see a search tab in the lower left-hand corner of the program. You search "Brain", which zooms into Ms. Sylvia's brain and displays a 3D model of it, with various sub-sections displayed.
You look at all the available sub-sections, and see a memory sub-section folder, coming from the Temporal lobe. You click on it, and the options "Delete, Insert, and Adjust" pop-up. You immediately click on Adjust, and switch it from Manual to Auto, and exit out of the Brain function.
You see that the confusion has left Ms. Sylvia's face, but the frown hasn't.

"Ugh, i can't believe this bra doesn't fit me, the woman at V's Secret said it'd fit snug" she complained. To Sylvia, she'd had big boobs all her life. From blossoming early in middle school, and hiding them throughout high school to putting them on full display during college and adulthood. In her mind, they came from her mom, who was also well-endowed, which was all she really needed as an explanation.
"Either way, i do make my boring work clothes look stunning", she said, posing provocatively in front of the mirror.
She was right, for the once loose-fitting blouse now seemed skin tight to her large bust, almost stretching at the seams. She opened a few more buttons on her blouses to give herself more breathing room, and to show a bit more off.
"That ought to make the boss do some double-takes" she chuckled to herself, cupping her breasts
