Examining the machine

You went outside to the shed. Having studied the guide manual that was left with the machine, you have learned about it's functions and begin checking it over. You find that it has been used, recently. After further checking you find that some wires have been messed with.
You quickly summize that your parents may have had something to do with this. They had both be acting weird, but did not seem to have anything wrong.

You quickly straighten up the wiring mess and then deactivate the machine, so no one else can use it. You then decide:
