You do some quick thinking. You can't really tell what is between the goods, but you don't believe that this is just a lonely cockroach, that has come just to get a drink and maybe devour some shrunken dude. So better try the bartender.
You run towards the lumbering giant, avoiding the deeper pools of liquid around. Glancing around, you can see that the roach is following you. The distance between the two of you seems to be greater than before, and the roach doesn't seem to be going as fast as it could. Maybe it doesn't like being out in the open.
You look forward and see the bartender lifting his foot. He seems to be looking down onto the floor. Praying that your luck will hold just a few steps more, you start the final dash. You can't look forward. You can't look back. Your entire world consists only of your legs moving and trying to gain ground.
You think you feel a sudden rush of air. Surely, the foot must descending by now. BOOM!There is what seems to be an explosion behind you. A strong gust of wind blows you from your feet and throws you several meters forward. Although your head is still spinning, you turn around and look back.
The cockroach is nowhere to be seen. Instead, the bartender's gigantic foot is occupying the space where you guess the beast must have been scant moments before. As the bartender continues to go about his normal duties, you figure that you were right. He only saw the roach, not you.
Now that there is no immediate threat to your life, you could try to make some progress. From here, it isn't that far to the counter's side. Fortunately, it is the one where people can pass through by lifting part of the table. Therefore, there is a gigantic canyon through which you could reach the disco's main area. Once there, you may find some friend to help you. The other option would be crawling through under the door behind the counter, which is also nearby. There, you would at least be out of the disco's party area. And you might leave the building through some back door or something. So where will you go?
