Grow it slowly, see if it makes a difference

You begin to grow the T-Rex more slowly this time, and the a nearby tourguide gradually shifts from explaining the skeleton as a perfectly preserved baby, to a child, then an adolescent, then an adult. The T-Rex approaches its adult height of 25 feet, and muscle and skin begin to cover the bones, and it comes back to life when it is 50 feet tall. You feel nauseous for a few seconds, and you look around and realise that there are other dinosaurs that have been brought back to life.
What about the universe changed?
