Chapter #8

The Room

"I love it Daddy," replied Lisa. Then she grew until she was 3 inches tall. "Lucky these clothes grow with me."
"I think you're right," replied the Doctor. "Anyway are you hungry?"
"No not really but I am really tired Daddy."
"The wait there for one minute." The Doctor leaves Lisa and he goes somewhere else in the T.A.R.D.I.S. He was back a minute later. "I have a surprise for you." He picks up Lisa and then he takes her to the part of the T.A.R.D.I.S he was in before. He put her in a small empty room.
"What's this Daddy?"
"Just let me switch it on." The Doctor fumbled with some of the T.A.R.D.I.S controls. "Ok that should do it."
Then Lisa saw the room change. It turned into what seemed like a bedroom. There was a bed, a desk, a chair. Then it the walls turned pink. Then the room started to fill up with soft cuddle toys. Everything was her size. Lisa's eyes opened wider than she thought possible.
"Wow what is this Daddy?" asked Lisa.
"It'a a mind room," replied the Doctor. "Iused this on Rose."
"Who's Rose?"
"My old companion. Anyway it's set to your mind. This is your ideal bedroom."
"Thank you Daddy. When I get big enough I'll give you the biggest hug I can give you."
"I'm already looking forward to it. Anyway I better leave you to sleep. Goodnight Lisa."
"Goodnight Daddy." She climbs into bed and goes to sleep. The Doctor goes back to read his book.
"Ok now where was I?"
