Beneath her notice

Rose could feel the vibration of the giant footstep in her bones. Suddenly she was grabbed by the Doctor, who pulled them both into the relative safety of the TARDIS' doorway. They stared up a pale well muscled leg like a tree to an imperious face tilted upward to the distant horizon. The foot rose showering them with dust and pebbles and the titanic savage lumbered away, oblivious to the tiny travelers in their tiny box.

"EARTH?!" gasped Rose, "EARTH?!"

The Doctor hastily removed his hands from Rose's person and spoke.

1. The Doctor insists that this IS Earth.

2. The Doctor is forced to concede that he may have been mistaken.
