To your horror you find that although your hideous diaper is fortunately dry, when she put her hand in to test the diaper it wasn't your penis she touch but a damp slit. Whilst you were unconscious you had somehow become a girl. You wont to scream in outrage but of course the gag in your mouth only lets out muffled sounds.
The nurses giggles guessing the cause of your greatest concern "Hm don't worry sweetie you haven't been castrated just put into a girls skin whilst you were unconscious"
That didn't exactly relieve your anxieties but at least explained what was going on. You wriggled uncomfortably trying to escape from your restraints but alas it was soon evident that you were rather stuck.
The nurse chuckled "Yes girl, no point struggling those restraints are pretty escape proof, you might as well lie back and enjoy the experience"
She then removed the gag which to your horror proofed to be a large dummy and chuckled as she did "I suspect you have lots of questions"
You move your jaw relieved to have the dummy out of it, then a disturbingly sweet and juvenile sounding voice ask "So um what is going on?"
The nurse laughs again and gives you a stern look "Isn't it obvious, you are in a nursery of course and I am your nanny, you must of course use my title hence forth"
You blush feeling a tad stupid for asking the obvious but at least it confirmed what you suspected. You knotted your pretty brow and asked "Why am I here and why as a girl?" you then hastily add "Nanny"
