Getting help

"Nora, I need to talk to you about Casey." They were in the basement, Nora was folding the laundry.
"Alright I'm listening," She said picking up a red shirt.
"I think she has a problem. Casey has been losing weight like crazy, she's nothing but skin and bones. She never eats, and she always has an excuse, like, I ate at Emily's house, or I have a headache, we need to help her before she kills herself." Derek was such a convincing actor.
"I don't know..." Nora said shaking her head.
"Ok, watch, I'll prove it," Derek went to the stairs and cupped his hands to his mouth.
"Hey Casey! Wanna grab a pizza?" He called. Casey replied from upstairs,
"No thanks, I ate and Emily's, and I've got a massive headache, you go ahead!"
Derek turned to Nora. She sighed.
"Alright, I'll call the doctor tomorrow. Thank you for bringing this to my attention Derek, it's nice to know you care so much about Casey. Anything you can think of to help, go ahead." Nora went upstairs.
"Oh, I will," He laughed quietly, "I will."
