Receiving the plate from Giles, you look at his face for a moment. Though you would not be considered the most accurate guesser of ages, you would guess Giles is just a year or two older than you.

"Giles, how long have you been cooking here? How old are you?" you say, as your stomach gurgles audibly with the scent of the Western tickling your nose.

"Me? I'm been the weekend cook here two years now. As to how old I am,....

1. let's just say I'm legal to drink in all 50 states, OK?"

2. I'm 19....why do you ask?"
