It's the delivery boy

"Your late", you tell him trying to scare him.
"Sorry man, there is a huge panic in the street", he explains to you.
"Yeah i saw that on the news. It was something with the Arkley murders." You reply.
"Yeah well its free" "Okay thanks".
He leaves and like 2 minutes after he leaves....
