Jack stood there for awhile, staring at the window, sighing in disbelief. Jack close his eyes as he try to understand why or who is responsible for all this, but its too much to comprehend, who could? This whole situation doesn't make sense. Its like a scene straight from a horror movie. Like you've been sucked inside the twisted mind of a serial killer. A nightmare of epic proportion. As he grasp the cold hard reality he realized that it doesn't matter. What matter is to stay safe, stay alive and hope that all of this will end soon, real soon.
"To do that, where else would be better than in the comfort of your own home." Jack thought. Jack dust himself off with a new profound sense of goal. First on his agenda, "Protection". Jack is an able handyman, well knowledgeable of tools and wood works. With already reinforced doors and windows he could easily turn his simple two-story bungalow into a well fortified fortress in no time.
"A solid plan i might say." Jack said, but this is where Jack found himself in a difficult dilemma. Supplies. With no running water and food supply are well in-doubt staying alive will be proven difficult. His rations will last a couple of more days, probably a week if he try to conserve.
"Perfect day to go shopping." Jack muttered to himself.
He feels going outside is extremely dangerous. He's always relied on his instincts and it never put him astray. "Staying inside will be the best decision, stay inside and wait for help to arrive." Is what his gut is telling him. He always played it safe, but this problem cannot be ignored and he knows he has to gamble with death if he is to stay alive.
