A dusty old tome called "Obesus Carmen Libe...

When you enter the aisle of books, the first thing you notice is a large, very dusty old tome. You walk over to it and blow on the cover, sending dust flying everywhere. You sneeze at first, but then sigh as the dust dissipates and clears. When you can see again, you see that the tome's title is engraved in gold on a very detailed leather binding- "Obesus Carmen Liber" it says. What does that mean? Is it Latin? As you open up the book out of curiosity, the first thing that becomes apparent is that it is a spell book of some kind. The writing is in English, but you can't make out any of the results of the spells very well from the writing, and you aren't sure what they do. However, you flip back to the front of the book, and find a table of contents. You smile in relief that part of the mystery has been solved. Then you read the contents. Wait, what? You read on, and see that there are, basically, three main sections of note- "Weight", which, considering this is a spell book, is very straight foreword. "Muscle", which also seems to be a usual wish section. And "Age", which would appear to be the section for changing that area.

You think slowly about which section to read from, just for giggles considering you don't think it will work, and then flip to the...
