You blink several times as you look deep into his eyes. "Where am I?" You ask groggily. You try to sit up, but it hurts too much and you fall back down. The Wolf nudges you with his nose, helping you sit up. Once you're up, your muscles ache so bad that all you want to do it go to sleep.
"Where did you find her?" The great wolf asked.
"Far off, deep into the woods."
"Do you know how she got there?"
"Yes sir, I watched the whole the whole thing. Her father just dragged her into the forest, she was begging to be let go but he just beat her up. Then he just left her."
After I heard what had happened, tears poured down my cheeks. How could my father do that to me. I curl up and fall onto my side. I hear nothing for a while, then the great wolf spoke.
"Leave her be."
