Capra:Keep them working for the Ranzards.

Roz:Why?

Capra:The Leader is a genius just moving one percent would be like going up to the Ranzards front door and shouting SHOOT ME SHOOT ME. They need to stay.

Roz:We got a report that the Ranzards are making a move to assassinate Chief Barnsley.

Capra:Send some men in to stir things up but make sure they aren't seen and after thats done cause a little trouble down at the docks.

Roz:Yes sir.

Roz walked out of the door and closed it behind him.

Capra:This'll show those bastards who has power in this city.
