You're about to step off the wooden porch, when a trap door opens right under you and you fall into a stone slide that takes you completely by surprise. You hear the trap door close above you, but you can't see anything at all. The stone silde ends in a pile of hay in what must be the basement of the house. The basement is lighted with lamps and light bulbs alike and seems to be just one big room. In one corner, you see what must be the furance to the house...but it looks to be not working at the moment. The big room looks to be a living area...a family room or living room. There's 2 loveseats and a very long sofa in the middle of the room, pointed towards a big-screen TV.
"Hello?" you yell. "anybody home?"
A sound of footsteps comes from the floor above you, and what sounds like two people talking to each other. One voice belongs to a male, and the other voice belongs to a female. The two voices seem to be having an argument at the moment.
"Okay, okay" said the male voice. "I'll go check the stanger in the basement"
In a few moments, you hear someone coming down the stairs in the opposite corner of where the furnace is. It turns out to be a man that looks to be in his late 20's or early 30's. He has red hair and blue eyes, and is wearing a bathrobe with stars all over it. The bathrobe itself is black, and the stars on it seem to shimmer before your eyes.
"Who are you, then?" asks the man.
"Steven" you say. "Who're you?"
"Dennis" said the man. "what are you doing here?"
"My car broke down and I came here to call in a tow truck" you say.
At that moment, a woman appears from behind Dennis. The woman is stunningly beautiful, and you can't help but stare at her eyes. The woman has silver eyes, making it appear that she has no pupils. You try to look away, but you just can't stop looking at those wonderful eyes.
"Cassandra!" barks Dennis. "did you bring him here as well?"
This snaps you out of your trance, and you suddenly realized that this Cassandra isn't human at all! She looks just like Morrigan from the Darkstalkers video game, except for the blue hair and silver eyes. She also has hoofs instead of feet, and she had talons instead of hands, each with a deadly-looking claw at the end of it.
"Welcome to my house, mortal" said Cassandra. "Once you've entered my house, you can't get out ever again" She says this with a cruel smile that sends shivers up and down your spine.
"Cassandra, did you...?" started Dennis.
"No, I didn't call him here" said Cassandra. "he just found his way here after his car broke down. Sounds familiar, Dennis?"
