You noticed that Rena had the remote pointed at herself, though you weren't sure what setting she had put it on. She pressed the trigger quickly, expecting something to happen. Nothing did, and she decided to shoot herself again, this time holding the trigger. It seem like nothing was happening, much to your disappointment. Rena looked at you and said, "See, it did nothing."
She gave the remote back to you, which you let it slip into your back pocket. "Alright, I'm going to get something to drink real quick. I'll be back before you know it!" Rena said as she gave you a quick peck on the cheek. At least she was in a cheery mood, you thought. You watched as she ran off into a different room, out of your sights. As you waited, you took the remote back out, not wanting to looked weird in front of Rena.
You didn't want her to know about your growth fantasies, although it came close. You figured it was simply too good to be true. A growth fanatic finding some remote that changes the size of people sound ridiculous, anyway.
Suddenly, you heard Rena let out a yell in the kitchen. "Rena?!" You yelled out, hoping to hear her answer back. When she didn't, your instincts kicked in and checked to see if she was alright or not.
As you closing in the kitchen area, you saw Rena running out of it. You only caught a glimpse of her, but you could of sworn she looked taller. If not that, then her clothes definitely looked smaller on her. She didn't seem to even notice you as she ran further into the hall, going into what you presumed was her room. She slammed the door, and you could hear the click of the locked door.
Concerned, yet a little scared yourself, you gingerly walked towards her room. You waited there for a few seconds before you hesitantly knocked on her door.
