"HEY TENCHI!" came the strident call from down the hill.
Tenchi sighed as Washu ran up to him. 'What now?' he wondered to himself. Washu never bothered him unless the end results were a real pain for Tenchi.
"Hello Washu." Tenchi said as the self appointed greatest genius in the galaxy came up, changed directions and walked alongside him as he continued towards his home.
"So, had any adventures recently?" she asked.
"No Washu, it's actually been fairly peaceful recently. I like it."
Washu simply frowned.
"Hmph! And I had the fun all planned out too. Shame. Oh well." she said, and simply walked in silence.
Tenchi also walked in silently, he still had quite a way to go before he reached his home. The silence dragged out for several minutes.
"OK Washu, what is it?"
"Hmm? Oh, nothing you need worry about. This invention is far too adventurous for you."
Closing his eyes Tenchi sighed. It was going to be one of those days.
