Don't do anything and hope he'll stop.

You decide you'd rather die than give in to such humiliation, hoping that the king is not really planning on killing you. Your face is soon buried in the soft skin of the ball of his foot, your ribs starting to give under the pressure of his arch, your legs being crushed under his heel. The king continues to press his foot down, barely exerting any energy for him, ut crushing your entire body. You feel your ribs crack, your legs break. The air is forced out of you. As the king finished stepping down, your head is crushed and your body squished. After your death, the king has to have one of his men scrape you off the bottom of his foot.

"Pitty," said the king. "I was looking forward to having a tiny servant. Oh well."
