Eventually, Tsunade had completely eaten everything in the fridge, all the way down to the smallest crumb. She let out a groan and a belch as she laid back and rubbed her belly. Now the size of a giant beachball, Tsunade's big stuffed belly had stretched through all her robes and now, not only was it very visible, but rested heavily between her fat thick thunder thighs. Her bellybutton had even popped out and her belly jiggled a bit every time she took a breath.
Her breasts, already quite large to begin with, were now double the size and were pushing hard against the confines of her clothes and peeking out of the top of her robes. Tsunade now had two lard-filled butt cheeks to sit on. Her cheeks became small red balls of fat and she had two flabby chins.
She had never felt so fulll before. Letting out another belch, Tsunade groaned and thought, 'Man, that was SO good! God, I love eating so much!' After rubbing her swollen belly for a bit, Tsunade decided to finally get back to work. That's when she realized she couldn't get up because of her new girth.
'Uh-oh...' Tsunade thought as she kept trying to push herself up. Suddenly, her belly rumbled again. Tsunade crused under her breath and thought, 'Dammit! I need to get up, but I'm still so hungry! What do I do?'
