She starts farting; her butt gets fatter

PFFFTTTTT! The fart is even louder than Tsunade's and Temari smiles. Then she feels her ass start to expand. Her fat butt now was causing her underwear to ride up her butt. The smell wafts through the air and Temari loves it. Farting again, this blast louder than the last, Temari almost moans in pleasure as her butt rips through her pants and undies, leaving her now massive asscheeks for the whole world to see.

Spying a ramen hut, Temari walks up to it. Sitting down she ordered 3 extra large bowls. After finishing one, she belches loudly, causing her stomach to become a massive beer belly.

"Temari was that you?!" Turning to look at the person who called out to her, she spotted Tenten staring at her with wide eyes. Swaying to the side, Temari then farted as close to Tenten's face as she could.

"Yep, that was me too." Then her butt started growing and it took up half the bench she and Tenten were sitting on. Tenten waved her hands in front of her face to get rid of the offending smell. Temari then pulled out the second red pill she had taken from Tsunade without her knowledge. Quickly throwing it in Tenten's mouth, Tenten swallowed it.

Then Tenten's stomach rumbled. What happened next?
