As time passed, so did Kiara, the princess's boom-and-bust diet attempts had left her even heavier than before, and also more hungry and lethargic, which didn't help.

The situation had become so bad in fact, that Simba had asked Rafiki for help. The shaman had agreed quickly, and given him some herbs for Kiara. They hadn't had any affect yet, but it was early days, so they'd have to wait a while to see changes occur.
