A prank or not?

Naruto reach in one of the pills then he thought to himself. "Hey what if this is a frank and i got shrunk into 3 inches tall or if i am turned into a frog?" Naruto then thinks again and wonder, "Why would a bag of chakra pills even be here on the path ?"

Naruto then thought of an idea. He took the bag of pills then sprint back to the village. He wanted to test these pills. But who should he test these at? By now it is already at night so Naruto can just sneak into someone's house and test them.
