You notice some fruit dangling from the roof

You see some fruit hanging near by. You stop and inspect it. They look like apples. You like apples and think to yourself that these can't possibly do you any harm. You pick 4 off of the tree and munch on them as you follow the girl down the path.
"Okay, we should go this way. Hey, what are you eating?" says the girl.
"Just some apples I found on this tree. They are delicious" you say.
"Those aren't ordinary apples. They're...well very different."
"Different? How different?"
"Well.."
Just then you feel a tingling sensation in the pit of your stomach. Your flat stomach starts to protrude a bit. It starts to push against the waist of your pants. You can feel the new fat tightening around your waist. Like a surge of energy, the tingling finds it way to your breasts and butt. Both begin to expand at a rapid rate. Your previously small boobs have become hefty. Your ass has caught up in size, ballooning to bubble butt status.
"Oh, no! This won't do at all!!" you scream.
"How many did you eat?"
"4. Why?"
"Well, with each apple you gain.."
