As Matsumoto waddled back to Mayuri's office, she began to change her mind on getting the antidote. Although she was now huge and naked, she enjoyed the warm fleshy feeling. "I gotta get more of those weight gain pills!" Matsumoto exclaimed as she continued to waddle.
Once Matsumoto reached Mayuri, the mad scientist could only gape in shock at the busty girl's huge frame. Matsumoto grabbed Mayuri by the shoulders and cried, "PLEASE! MAKE ME MORE OF THOSE PILLS! PLEASE!"
"You gained much more than you were supposed to," Mayuri replied, "It might be fatal if you took any more!" Matsumoto was about to give up hope when she noticed a box of the weight gain pills on Mayuri's desk. With amazing speed, Matsumoto ran over to the box, pried it open, and dumped all 400 weight gain pills into her gaping mouth.
Mayuri grabbed his head with his hands and screamed, "DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU JUST DONE?"
Suddenly, Matsumoto's belly began to shake wildly. Then...
