Isane's FAT plan

"Can you please bring me some food...Isane-san..." Unohana said weakly. Isane nodded and quickly dashed off to a nearby buffet. Once Isane grabbed a plate and began piling it with food, she covered it all in a special lard-based sauce. She also placed two hunger-inducing pills inside Unohana's drink.

'I'm gonna make her so big, fat and sexy that she'll never be able to move! Then she'll be mine for the taking!' Isane thought slyly as she returned to her starving captain. The moment the huge plate of food was placed in front of her, Unohana dug in at amazing speeds.

Isane couldn't help but watch with glee as her beloved captain began to plump up...
