Chapter #6

The enemy warrior captured after a battle.

    by: Unknown
''He is an enemy that we have decided to take captive after a recent battle. They fought with admirable strength but we prevailed.'' The warrior was brought in in full armour and put to his knees. He was exhausted and showed it. One of the guards removed his helmate revealing his blooded face and brown hair. The guards also removed his armour, anything that their army could use or sell. You look him over and find that he has a strong build. Good. You like them that way. He looks at you with an unreadable expression and you ask him ''Who do you work for?'' He didn't answer. One of the guards smacked him on the back of his head with the pommel of his sword. ''Talk!''. Erbakk pushes the guard back a bit ''Vyncent, that is no way to treat our guest.'' Vyncent looked sorry ''I apologise, it'll not happen again, Ser.'' Erbakk kept a keen eye on Vyncent. You asked again ''Who do you work for?'' in a kinder tone. He replied ''I work for no-one. I am a common sellsword.'' He looked down at his knees, expecting some sort of torture. What do you decide to do?

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
1. Reader's choice.

*Noteb*
2. Release him, he seems honest enough to recruit into your army.

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
