"Alex, you there?" Katie opened the door and stared at shock at his oversized frame, crouching in an uncomfortable position, part of his back hitting the ceiling and his ripped muscles fighting to destroy the remnants of the clothes he was wearing.
"Wh-what's is going on, you look like a fre..." Katie managed to mumble before fainting from the shock and surprising Alex, who didn't expect that reaction at all. He thought this was cool but now that he thought again about it he could have done it outside, and with loose clothes probably.
"Oh crap" Alex said trying to get near his girlfriend before he bumped his head against the ceiling again. It was clear he needed to go back to his original size first. He took the gun and looking at the settings facepalmed when he noticed there was a switch to change size with clothes, but once he found the shrinking option he got back to his original 5,10'' and went to pick up his girlfriend, setting her on the bed and then changing his clothes.
The excitement of seeing one of those gimmick products actually working was eclipsed by his concern over his girlfriend. He sat next to her and lightly patted her head for a bit feeling bad because he was the reason she fainted, but also feeling a bit disappointed she thought he looked like a freak. Alex hoped it was just the shock of seeing him wearing tiny clothes and nothing else. He thought being taller was quite cool even if he ended up crammed in a small space and wanted his girlfriend to have some fun changing sizes with the gun too.
Alex wondered what to do next, going outside to play with the gun looked like a nice option now that he knew how to not ruin his clothes but he didn't want any strangers looking at him growing... He could also try some of the guns other options while his girlfriend woke up, but what if she saw him and fainted again? Maybe he could try it on Janet as a prank? Looking at Katie he also thought the fun could stop for a bit and he probably should just go to the other room and relax, watch tv or read the gun's manual properly or something. Once Katie recovered he could show her the gun and what was capable of doing and he could think of better ideas in the meantime.
