Charmander blinked and stretched himself; a bright and sunny day greeted him. His trainer lets him sleep outside his Pokeball. A change Charmander welcomed. It started to remind him of his old life. He was just obtained from the town's Pokemon lab; Charmander's new trainer, Adam, is warm-hearted and enthusiastic. Charmander was loyal and always followed his new trainer's orders without question. The pair soon became best friends.
Some traits made Charmander unique and helped to set him apart from the others of his species. He was clever and had managed to master the human language with little difficulty. Charmander is also considerably taller than the average of his species. He stood at 3'00" and weighed 22 pounds. Charmander's higher intelligence was quite handy when battling giant Pokemon.
The good times soon faded; Adam soon became far more competitive with the other trainers in his town and began pushing Charmander harder. He made Charmander fight in constant battles without rest and train continually during bad weather. Adam always claimed it aids in making Charmander stronger, but he never thought the training was worth the effort. Charmander will be in charge from now on and show his former friend what it is like to be mistreated!
Adam is leaning against a nearby tree, fast asleep. He was completely exhausted from his last battle and needed a good rest. Charmander took the opportunity to think of a plan; how will he take his revenge...
