Veemon remembered Davis had left his digivice in his room. This makes the perfect time for an exciting journey. Veemon hopes he can find it in the cluttered mess.
Veemon bolts upstairs and searches the room; he finds the elusive digivice on Davis' desk. Veemon grabs the device and runs downstairs with great excitement.
In a flash, it comes back to him. Veemon walks to Davis' computer and holds the digivice to the screen. Veemon takes a minute to prepare himself for the trip.
"Digiport open!"
A few seconds later, the computer screen glows brightly, and Veemon is instantly transported to the digital world. A few seconds after his departure, a portal opens, and Veemon falls to the ground.
