You have to crane your neck to see the massive raptor in front of you. He's easily ten feet tall!
"My feet will crush your back if you don't lick them NOW!" The raptor taps his sickle claw on your back threateningly.
On the one hand, performing this task of a sexual nature with a creature from a different species is wrong. Add to that that it will completely demean you. Knowing all these things doesn't make you feel very charitable.
Yet, the raptor who wants you to do this unpleasant favor is EASILY taller than you, and thus is more intimidating. If you don't do what he asks he promises to break your back, but you don't know if he'll actually do it; you have seen too many films where raptors DO what they say they will.
There are dozens of reasons that you want to, or not, but you can't wait any longer, the raptor makes sure of that. It boils down to two choices; do you want to be a paraplegic the rest of your life, or lick and perhaps save what you've got left.
