Whatever had taken over Robin seemed to dissipate at the sight of her cowering family. How could she not recognize the familiar heads of blue on the nearby hill. She dropped to her knees, causing the Sheperds to bounce at the sudden quake. Her heart seemed to tear at the sight of her youngest child being cradled by his older sister.

"Mother," Lucina called, "what happened?"
"I... I... " Robin stammered," I'm a monster."
"No you're not!" Chrom cut in. "You saved us."

" It's because of Grima." Robin sighed under her breath, referring to her brand.
"It doesn't matter, " Chrom reassured, "no one but risen was harmed by you."

"Can you change back, mother?" Lucina asked.
