Doug has quickly found himself bored over the following days. He realized that there was only one TV in the whole house and it was in the living room. It took him a bit because the size of it was a bit intimidating but he had decided he would sit in his grandpa’s old chair. He sat down and realized it was the most comfortable chair he had ever sat in. And he had the perfect view of the TV. He would sit in it and Grandma would say, “Dinners ready”. But as he would get up Grandma would say, “ oh dear you don’t need to get up, here let me bring your food to you.” And because she insisted he didn’t say no. It became a pattern meal after meal Doug would find himself weighed down in that chair and just let Grandma come to him, which she was more than happy to do.
